the location is very good near to monorail station nr 6 as well as the naha bus terminal and the Kokusai dori (street). staff is friendly specially Ari and Andy speak good english. Special thanks to Ari Atri who went the extra mile and booked a tour for us when seemed all full as well as gave advise 4 restaurants and got us an upper floor room. That is service excellence exceeded

Upon arrival we were granted a room upgrade, which was a pleasant surprise. The room was much larger than expected, which allowed much more scope for unpacking suitcases and moving around the room. We really enjoyed the breakfasts, which offered a good range of options. The hotel was clean and the staff very friendly. The location wasn't too bad, being ten minutes walking to Asahibashi monorail stop. There were also numerous places to eat nearby.

Very spacious and comfortable room with a huge sofa. Separate bathroom and toilet. Could walk to the nearest station and Kokusai st where lots of restaurants and shops are located.

My husband and I had a great stay at Hotel Torifito. Our room was a little small, but the beds were super comfortable - not too firm and not too soft, just the right amount of support. The shower’s water pressure was great. There was a large closet area of hang clothes. Breakfast was amazing, staff was friendly and helpful.

The accommodations are clean and spacious compared to most. The staff is friendly and provides welcome drinks daily.

The decor is modern, room is spacious & the children loved the bunk beds & huge whale plushy. Staffs are courteous too & can support different languages. Plenty of food choices nearby too. The Izakaya opp was great.

We were tired when we arrived and had a great welcoming check-in with friendly staff, we could take cold drinks in the lobby and take amenities there as well. Our 2 year old son received a very cute bag with kid amenities.

A nice hotel, room was spacious and clean. We had the family room with bunk bed. Nice amenities and friendly staff. They had cold drinks in the lobby which was a very nice touch especially in the hot days. There’s family mart nearby which is handy.

We had a good first impression last week and decided to come back to this hotel. It’s a good location near shops, restaurants, temple, and train station. We had nice breakfast and the hotel looks clean. The staff is friendly and the lovely lady that helped us last week looked so happy to see us back.

Everything about the hotel exceeded our expectations because of the cost of one night's stay. The staff was very courteous. They let us store our backpacks before we could check in. The room was clean and spacious. We loved the pajamas so much that I asked to buy a pair. Unfortunately they were not for sale. The breakfast was excellent with a great variety of foods to choose from.
